To address these challenges, the terminal made a decisive move to transition from legacy AccuLoad III systems to a future-ready solution: the FlexLinc-BC preset loading system.

Partnering with us, the terminal successfully implemented four (4) FlexLinc-BC units to support its asphalt top-loading operations, marking a significant leap forward in operational performance and system reliability.

The project introduced a fully integrated, high-performance loading system designed to meet the demanding conditions of asphalt operations.

Key installation highlights:

  • 4 FlexLinc-BC preset controllers
  • Top-loading configuration across 4 bays
  • 1 dedicated loading arm per bay
  • Asphalt measurement in kilograms (kg)
  • Complete wiring and cable infrastructure

Each bay is equipped with its own top-loading arm, enabling precise, temperature-compensated, custody-compliant loading critical for handling high-temperature asphalt safely and accurately.

With AccuLoad III systems reaching obsolescence, the terminal needed more than a replacement. It needed a solution built for the future.
