Why Choose DKI For Inspections?

Advantages

Qualified DKI Staff carry out the inspection. Competitors usually hire a freelancer to carry out the work. The Inspector / Engineer can follow up with the customer and assist the customer in closing the findings.

DKI has a reporting function/hierarchy based on IEC 60079 Part 17 for responsible persons' knowledge, skills, and competencies, technical persons with executive functions and operatives.

Inspection Review process with certified IECEx Technical Persons with Executive Functions before inspection document submission to the customer.

DKI Engineer / Inspector knows the site infrastructure and metering systems, meaning better knowledge of how the systems work & interact with each other.

All IECEx reports are stored in the DKI server based on IECEx requirements.

Winning Point:

No reporting function or Organization Chart, as most of the Technical Person hired the freelancer are not Certified Competent person by IECEx.

No peer review of the Inspection report before submitting it to the customer. Usually, reporting format is not standardized, and no quality in the reports. No accountability.

Data security, as a freelancer, does not tie to any organization. They might leak the inspection reports to others.

Freelancers usually have no idea about the instruments or equipment used in the metering solutions.

Freelancers usually disappear after a job. Therefore, there is no capability to discuss nor review the findings in the inspection report. (to close an issue out)
