Accessible via a web browser from anywhere as authorised, CTAS brings:
-
Cost effective and flexibility using cloud technology
-
Efficient lead time, staging to user testing & production deployment
-
Dynamic scalability; can rapidly add capacity & compute resources where required
-
Enhanced system security through regular patching
-
Reduced carbon foot print, that saves approximately 6 tonnes CO2 over four years as compared to an On-Premise solution
Using the cloud approach also means no aging hardware to be maintained nor replaced by cyclic capital investment projects. Ensuring continuous operations through automated loading where CTAS is not available, use of a DKI Fallback Site controller automatically to take over at a local level allowing security authentication, loading and document printing for a limited time until CTAS becomes available. CTAS consolidates seamlessly with other DKI service solutions such as Terminal Information Exchange (TIDE) - cloud to cloud.
CTAS solutions have been successfully running operational sites over the last four years, across multiple jurisdictions and have been nominated for the 2022 Tank Storage Emerging Technology award.
